Our fixed-term courses are designed to follow a structured, progressive curriculum, with each week building on concepts from the previous session.

If a student needs to miss or reschedule a class, they may attend a makeup session of the same week’s class to stay on track with the group. Because of the sequential nature of the program, makeups must be taken within the same week/session to ensure students do not fall behind.

If a student misses or otherwise cannot attend their normal class and cannot attend a makeup, they will still be able to continue with the following session without significant difficulty. However, we do not provide refunds or credits for missed course sessions.

Students who are unable to attend any available group makeup sessions may choose to schedule a private makeup class, subject to instructor availability. Private makeups are an additional paid option and cannot be covered by credit from the missed course session.

If you need to cancel your Childs registration in a course, this must be requested via email at least 2 weeks in advance of the program start date. Full or partial refunds or credits are strictly not provided beyond the courses set start date.
