• Summer Camp registrations must be canceled before June 1st to be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds for cancellation requests made after June 1st are contingent upon MakerKids filling the camp seat.
• Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of program start are strictly ineligible for refund or credit (cut off: 9am Friday morning the week prior to your program start).
• Full or partial refunds or credits are strictly NOT provided for missed camp programs.
• Before and After care can be added to a Camp registration up to 72hrs in advance of a camp start date. Campers can switch camp weeks up to 72hrs in advance of the program start pending availability in the desired alternate program. (cut off: 9am Friday morning the week prior to your program start).

We receive a high volume of schedule change requests during the summer. Please allow as much advance notice as possible to ensure we are able to accommodate your request. We have limited front desk support on weekends in the Summer. Requests made over the weekend prior to a camp will not be facilitated
